Default Bow tie differences

Do the older second generation Blazers have smaller ones than the 98 and up years? The grille and everything else is different so I figured they would be different as well.

No, they are the same size, I went to the junk yard and picked up the bowtie I have on right now (I painted it red) of an older second generation Blazer and it fits perfectly

If the clips aren't bent or mangled I don't see why not. I would think the new grille would be coming with clips if you're buing new.

And ya any year of 2nd gen blazer bowtie will work... I wouldn't be surprised it you could take the bowtie off a 2002 Silverado and put that on. (Not saying you can)

I would think that the one off a 02 Silverado would be a bit bigger. The 98 Silverado I have has a bigger emblem so I would assume it would be the same deal.
