the mounting points are prolly there but i doubt the wiring is ran up there and you would need the sensor.....my best guess

The wiring is not up there. It can be done and has been done though.

The air temp sensor goes behind the grille on the hood support. There are dozens of threads on this. I put one of these in my 96.

In the search window type in DIC or console and see what pops up.. There are literally a dozen threads on this.
