rims will make your blazer look 10x better. also as for little mods you could add some fog lights, change you interior light color with LED's add to or remove your roof rack. You could upgrade your head unit, add new speakers really makes a difference. I'd browse around other people's build threads and see if you see anything else you might like. I always do that when I'm looking for new ideas

 

You could de-badge it or put trailblazer emblems on it from the newer trailblazers I have seen someone that has done it in this forum.
