Default D-ring receiver tubes?

Has anybody made receiver tubes for d-rings to replace the front tow hooks. i'm thinking about doing this to my blazer but not sure what size tube to purchase.

For those of you who don't know what i'm talking about heres a link to the ones they sell on synergy.

Those are made out of stander 2" inside diameter square tubing used for receivers. Cut them to about 12" in length and then you just need to drill your holes and install.
