Yeah, you need to tie it down. My box is pretty big so it won't move around unless I end up upside down.

That's a pretty nice setup.
I'm just a beginner to anything besides the stock parts on my vehicle, plus a lot of things aren't in my price range($0.00 ).

Nice. It's just two 12s, right? My setup cost roughly $200 (because I had to buy a lot of basic things that will be used in many diff. projects).
Really though, wiring kit was $12, amp was $70, sub was $45, line converter $10, and wire taps, terminals, switch, screws, brackets, etc was around $20.
Oh and a 4x4 sheet of 3/4" MDF was $17 and the 2 yards of felt was $7.
I also bought a can of primer and black paint but not going to use that on this project.
