Doubt there is a kit. If you want that LED it looks like you need the whole liftgate. Does not look mounted to the roof. Would probably need to be shortened also. Just get rid of it and shave the roof smooth.
If you do want one I know they make LED strips in various lenghts.

I have to take the Light to a shop so they can cut it down and then like mold it to look right. Getting it priced out and I'll let u guys know the projected costs incase anyone else wants to take a run at it too.
