I hate the clear lens ones also. Actually bought the ones on my blazer tinted red like that. Now I can't find anybody selling pairs like it so i can put some on my truck.

Here's my final reverse light guys:

Pretty bright with 12 LED Bulb, and energy efficient.

They also have led light bars you can mount anywhere. Also with mud flaps. I got mine at stylintrucks.com.
