Has anybody put the explorer seats into a first gen. If so what had to be done and how tough is the job.

 

Gonna need the ford explorer brackets. it just as bad as puting racing seats into your car.

 

you'll probably have to do some fabricating.

 

Okay I got a bit lucky. Put them in today and you wouldn't believe how easy it was. My brackets bolted right to the seats. After that just widen the truck bolt holes on the brackets and boom. There in. simple as that. The console on the other hand was no where near as easy. But it is in too. Hey does any body know a good way to dye the tan to burg. on the fabric.
