i have a 1997 4 door chev blazer and was wondering if i can put the front end from a 1998 or 1999 front end

Yes you can, but you will need; 98+ core support, headlight brackets and the grill pieces.
keep in mind youll proly want to replace the bumper too as it has the turn signals in it for 95-97. hope it helps.
If you have the sealed beam heads than its a much easyer conversion to the composite style lights for 95-96, you can see pics of this conversion in my album.
