So, about a year ago i bumped into a wall. It broke my license plate holder on my 97. Does anyone know how to get the damn thing off?? I took off the plate, but the 2 bolts that go into the body just spin and spin. Am I doing something wrong? Are these bolts just there to torture me? haha.

Its been driving me crazy because it's all cracked and looks like hell.
