how hard would it be to install ground effects???would double sided tape be enuff or would i need a rivit gun and drill to do it or both??? its an 89 blazer????

 

Double sided tape? No, that would maybe work for 10 minutes, but when you get the ground effects you should get special mounts for them and just use the included self tapping screws and hook the wires up and your good to go.
