I need to get on this to catch it now...should have done it a LONG time ago! I guess my options are:

1. Go find a junker and cut the piece out and weld it on

2. Cut the rust out and cut out sheet metal and weld it on

3. Cut the rust out and bondo using bondo with fiberglass.

Any suggestions!?

 

if the piece is not to hard to fabricate i would use new sheet metal.....if its a common rust area the junker will probably be no good in that area as well.
