I have not been able to find anything in searching the forum about how to remove the emblems on the doors and rear of the hatch. Will there be holes behind the emblems or are they just glued on? What is the best way to take them off without scratching the paint?

 

Which emblems are you talking about? I have a 97 4dr and I've removed most of my emblems + side trim. They're glued on with double sided tape. Do a search for debadging and you'll find threads where other people have done it. Sometimes there will be a residue, but the threads have helpful tips for getting it off.
