Installed speakers, now front doors won't lock

I installed 4 new speakers today and now the front doors won't lock. The rear ones work fine, but both front ones don't. I can't lock them with the fob, or with a key. I'm sure I have something in a bind, but I'm not sure what. Whatever it is, I managed to do it to both doors
I'll pull the panels tomorrow and see what's going on, but I thought I would post and maybe someone has seen this before and can give me some advice.
Thanks

I would guess some kind of bind or something.

Problem solved. The locks on the panels weren't lined up and wouldn't let the rod move back and forth.
