Default Installing fog lights

I am going to get a set of decent fog lights and I want to figure out how I can put the switch in the empty block on the panel where the headlight controls are, I can peal the panel back a little but not enough to get to it, do I need to remove the screws above the gauge cluster? I would like to use one of the "nos" switches (the one with the red cover you flip up to get to the switch) cause it would look sweet, just not sure how to get it in there cause I think it would be the best looking place to put it.

NO you dont have to take off anything but the empty panel. just use a small screwdriver and pry carefully!

Look at this link for ideas for the switch.
