Default interior electrics dead

My 93 tahoe s-10 blazer with 4.3 engine automatic tranny has some electrical grimlens. Recently the graphic gauge displays went dead so I replaced the motherboard and all is well there now.

About the same time the dash problem occured, the interior lighting, radio, mirrors, and rear door(window) release button stopped working. No blown fuses that I can find. The other dash lighting such as the radio and clock still work fine. all exterior lighting is also working fine.

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this problem???

Is this so difficult for all you guru's, or is it too simple?

Well, you said it, electrical gremlins. Usually there really is no simple solution when it comes to things of this nature. You'll probably want a good repair manual that includes wiring diagrams. Start by going through the diagrams and seeing if there is anything in common between the affected systems. If you don't want to go that route, start pulling off the dash panels and visually inspecting the wiring harness. For that many systems to be affected, you're probably looking at a corroded ground (which should be evident in the wiring diagrams).

You're workin' on a 14 year old vehicle as well which in someways means it's more simplistic in design, but also adds to the difficulty because there may be numerous problems that are all resulting from age.

Good Luck
