Krylon paint+primer

Krylon paint+primer
Wondered if anyone has tried the paint+primer products from Krylon. They have the ColorMaxx, Fusion and Colormaster. Have not been able to tell what the difference in them is, though. I'm looking for a light tan. Anyway, my clearcoat is really flaking off and the idea of not having to prime and clear is attractive. The Krylon site says not for automobile use but I am interested in giving it a try. Looking at the Fusion Satin Khaki. I'd sand off the flaking CC and rough up the existing paint with some 3M red scuff pads, then spray.
Alternatively I could go with Rustoleum Camouflage Sand or Khaki. Only $4 at Walmart, however they probably need primer, and because they are flat, a satin clear of keep the fingerprints off. That's why I'm leaning toward the Krylon.
My hood and roof is wrapped carbon fiber and the lower trim is painted black, so I really just need the middle painted- maybe 4 or 5 cans worth.

I used the satin black on my rear end, er, on my Blazer's rear axle. I painted it over hideous blue paint that somebody had sprayed on there, and it turned out pretty well. It dried pretty quickly, too.

okay, I did the tailgate. Scotch pad, three layers of spray, 320 grit wetsand. Has stripes if you look at an angle, can't tell if they're from the sanding or the paint nozzle. before I move on I'll get after it with a buffer and polish, see if that evens things out.
Edit. No improvement with buffer. And actually as I was cleaning off the polish splatter from the bumper, which I had sprayed with Krylon Colormaxx, the paint there started rubbing off. Hmm.
