Default LED Flasher

Wanting to convert the exterior lights to LEDs. I have a '00 Grand Prix GTP that I have compelety coverted to LED's and was able to find a flasher for it to fix the hyperflash issue. What I need now is a heavy duty/LED flasher for the Blazer. I guess another question is where is the flasher module located on a 99 2dr blazer and also if anyone has info on where a LED flasher can be bought from. Thanks.

Most flashers will be in the passenger side dash. Depending on the model, your glove compartment should open like this:

Just push the metal clip up:

and the glove box will completely fold out:
If you look in the bottom right of the space behind the glove compartment, you should see a bunch of small wires, The signal flasher is to the right of them.

As to where to get the flasher from, autozone, pep boys etc. should have plenty of them.

I went out to the truck shortly afterwards and found it. Wasn't sure how to get the green retainer strap off so I moved it off to the side without actually detaching it. Seemed to work.

Yes, but please note that if your truck is older than '98, then the flashers are located under the dash, just below the radio and to the left of the cigarette lighter -- not in the glove box. I know this doesn't apply to you, but this is for anybody who reads this who has an older truck.
