Minor body work
Hello folks, I bought my 1st Blazer a few days back, a 2004 4x4 2 door. Minor work to be done mechanically and body/paint.
My question is I only have a few areas that really need to be painted:
front bumper (thinking of replacing the hole unit anyway)
rear bumper (minor scratches and areas of rubbed paint)
front of hood has some chips in paint (deep but not to the metal)
front drivers side quarter panel has some scratches but one is to the metal
swirls in the clear coat (hopefully can be buffed out)
Should I paint the hole truck or just touch up the bad areas?
I never done body work myself before, but have watched and helped my friends with minor body work. Is there any product I can buy that would be easy to use for the touch ups? Any help in the actual procedure for doing touch ups would be much appreciated as well.
Thanks in advanced for your help.
