Default My door doesn't close tightly, how do i adjust?

I have a 2001 blzer off-road i inherited from my father. Anyways the door closes but doesn't sit flush with the body. I can hear the wind and feel cold air coming in thru it. The weather stripping is in good condition. It's about a 1/8 - 1/4 " gap. It's really annoying, because . It's the driver's side.

Has anyone ever messed with the door alignment? If so, please let me know how to do it.

Most likely your door pins and bushings are worn. The doors are pretty heavy on these blazers and the bushings wear out over time. If you do a search for *DOOR PINS*, you should find information on the tools and process involved in replacing them. The parts are usually available at most parts stores in the HELP!/ Motormite section. This is a common problem with the blazer. Hope this helps.

Yep, your bushings and pins are likely worn out.

A good $10 tool to invest in for this is the GM door spring removal tool. I bought mine at harbor freight and it made a world of difference getting that spring out.
