Default Need help trimming fenders

I have 31" tires and a slight 1" tb lift on my '01 blazer. today i put 1.25" wheel spacers on the front and 2" on the back. the front spacers eliminated the tire rub on the frame but i now have a clearance issue with the fender behind the tire. I removed to plactic "cap" that finishes the bottom rocker but still need more room. with the front wheel up on the curb and slightly turned this is what i get. any suggestions on how to trim this and still look decent.

get a cut-off wheel or even a sawzall and and decide where you want to cut, you can tape it off to help keep you on track, just have to have the steady hand and take your time

i would take your fender up so you don't cut some stuff by accident that you don't want to.
