Off road lights location

i do not use the top rack on my blazer so can some1 tell me how it looks to put lights up there on it? how many lights look the best and how would i wire it from up there? also because i got a old brush guard and want to sand/repaint it can i mount off road lights straight to the front bumper? any pictures would be very appreciated thanks

by top rack do you mean the factory luggage rack? and if so im assuming you want to mount to a crossbar...ive got pics of my roof rack with lights, but surco rack puts the lights mounted pretty close to the front of the roof. I think the factory rails would put the lights too far back..

i got the 40x60 from surco for about 200, blazers need a mounting adapter to clamp onto the factory rails for another 80 or so, and shipping. From California to NC total was 305 shipped.

I moved the front rack far up then just drilled through it.

I had 2 up there, but it looked like mickey mouse, I will be putting up 4 someitme this week, so I will post pictures ASAP with it all installed

AS for the wires, I just ran them through my door under the carpet to the center counsle where my switches are. power goes from battery through the pasanger side whole thats already there.

I just got finished installing 4 lights up top and 2 on my brush guard. I just drilled through the front bar on the luggage rack. 4 looks good, but you could fit 5 if you wanted. I'll try and get some pics tomorrow. I think it looks bad a$$.

yeah, I think 5 would look better. I did 4 because the kit I bought came with 6 lights. Wasn't able to get pics today, but I'll try for tomorrow.
