Default Rear quarter panel Replacement

SO my quarter panel after the accident is bent in pretty good, It causes the side skirt not to sit right and looks bad.

It is bent on the bottom rear of the wheel arches.

Can you guys confirm my fears that it has to be cut out and a new one welded in?

If so, I will take it to a body shop... What kind of price can i expect(without being painted)?
