Default rear seat

hey this might sound stupid,i bought a 77 blazer the rear seat is there but it is not secured to the floor,i thought the seat should bolt to the floor but there are no bolt holes,any help would be appresiated.thanks

Default RE: rear seat

This catalogfor the '77 shows the rear seat to be 'available'. It does not appear to have been a standard feature on all models. Looks like a previous owner just dropped one into a Blazer that did not come with the rear bench.

The rear seat should be bolted to the floor.
Do you have any pictures of the seat. If we could see it, we may be able to tell you if it's stock or not.
