If your talking about the bezel that wraps all the way around the front of the dash it just pops off bro. I just pull it off with my fingers, there are little clips that hold it on there.

The trim plate does pull off pretty easy as it is mostly clips that hold it in but there are 2 screws that hold it on both sides of the steering wheel. There should be 4 screws on the panel below the steering wheel. Take those out and pop that piece down. You will then see the 2 screws retaining the trim plate on the sides of the steering wheel.

The other issue is that you need put the vehicle in D1 or when you go to pull the plate out it will snag on the shifter.
