Default Removing the backdoor?

Hey guys!
I hope someone can help me with that:
How can i remove the backdoor of my 1994 Chevy Blazer. I found those bolts, but how can I remove them properly? Does anybody have a clue?

And does anybody know what bumpers and backwindows are compatible with a 1994 S-10 Blazer Tahoe 2D?
Thank you very much
Andrea

Remove the clip on the bottom of the door pin and drive the pin out.

Try relieving pressure off the bolt by lifting up on the door.
