can you post a picture of the screws meeting the pipe, I wanna see how you have it attached. It looks as if you flattened the pipe on the ends.

Yeah I flattened the cross member and formed it into an arc to hug the pipe then used 2 hex bolts per cross member

I got you, I really want a roof rack and if I cant find one in the next month or so, Ill probably build one. I really like your idea though

Got some diamond plate around the corners and painted it black, just adds the awesome and sturdyness
