Default Rust Repair and Bed Liner Paint Help!!!

I have a 1995 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4dr 4x4. She's pretty, but she has a few cosmetic issues that I want fixed.

This is my precious:

And these are her many problems:

And this:

And:

What I want to do is fill that rust hole and smooth out the rust so I can paint the bottom black trim with bed liner.

How would you guys suggest doing this WITHOUT WELDING!!!!???? I do NOT have access to a welder.

Bondo or fiberglass would be my best bet, but how exactly do I go about doing that???

Then, my other question is, how should I go about lining the bottom?? Like, what brand bedliner (I would prefer to use a roll-on rather than spray-on becuase I want it to have more texture to it), what is a good painting temprature, ect.....

PLEASE HELP MEEE!!! Any advice is good!!

I just did the same to my jimmy but my rust wasnt nearly as bad...I just sanded it down, primed, and used the herculiner kit from autozone. So far it looks great and hasn't peeled or chipped. Took 18 hours though.

anything short of welding in new metal will be a temporary fix. Here in Wisconsin I have seen plenty of my friends try the fiberglass method only to be left back where they started after only 1 or 2 salty winters here. you should talk to a shop or any friends who have welders and do this the right way. Cut out all that nasty rust on the outer fender panel and if the inner fender is bad try to find a replacement at a junkyard or from LMC. as for bedliner, my truck is linexed (see my sig image). I chose Linex becasue for me it was worth the extra cost to have it done the best. I've had good luck though with herculiner and raptorliner on friends' trucks
