I have a steering column mounted shifter in my 2000 Blazer. The rubber seal at the base of the shifter in the column is torn. I've looked all over for a replacement and can't find one (well, I haven't made the trip to the junk yard yet....). Any ideas where else to get one?

As far as I can remember, they are part of that upper cover. Its molded into it. And I have not seen just that part for a replacement. Have to get a replacement upper cover.

How much does it bother you? Mine is ripped also, and the only time I notice it is when I clean it. But have you tried the dealer? Sometimes, and only sometimes!! The dealer will surprise you at how cheap some parts are. HTH
