Question squeak + rattle interior

i know other people have a thread like this but my question is if i take all my interior panels out and put a 1/4 inch of weather stripes like the ones you use on house windows to block air from entering would this cure my rattling interior. the weather striping im saying is 3m tape on the backside and foam or ruber on the other. i was going to stick them to each interior panel along the edges. would this work. or does anyone elese any ideas. its really bugging me i like quiet interior not soundling like a rattle can/...

If it is your panels that are rattling then it will probably do some good.

But if the rattle is coming from somewhere else then you'll have to find the rattle.... My dad hates rattles to and used to make us kids crawl around the car while we were driving to locate the noise.

Can't do that now with car seats and all that safety crap...
