ya I cleared mine after they look pretty nice. i accidentally bought high perf wheel coating tho and it has sparkles in it :P made it better haha

 

Yes, it is called VHT tint and most automotive stores should have it if they don't you should be able to order it online.

make sure you spray it on in many many light coats, its runs VERY easily. Its name is VHT NIGHTSHADES. Yes definatley clearcoat them after, use regular automotive clear so the sun wont fade it, dont use craft clear paint. And you can tape off the backup light part for 3 coats, then peel it and put 2 more coats, that way they are tinted, just not as dark. Have a look at mine.
