Default Is there a better front VALANCE?

I want to know if any one has found a better fron Valance for 2nd Gen blazers, I am so tired of my mine breaking when the weather gets cold.[:@] Can I change it out for a jimmy, or bravada bumper, or does some one make a better valance?

I have actually considered having a custom Bumper made...
take the TOPs of 2 bumpers Invert one (now a Bottom) add 8" steel in between, weld and grind for effect.
outside (wheel) edge is the tricky part....

you could just take it off. or just get some sheet metal and make a flat one and just bolt it in place.

just an idea.

If you are talking about the air dam that goes behind the bumper down to under the radiator cross member to the cross member in front of the axle, do not just take this off. You may end up with radiator cooling issues as this keeps the air from pressurizing under the hood, reducing the efficiency of the cooling fan.

If it is just the plastic lower valence to the bumper, you could just leave it off, but I am not too fond of the look. s10warehouse on eBay should be able to find the appropriate part for you and his prices are very reasonable.
