I can't remember if I bought the neons from Advance Auto Parts or Autozone, but it was definitely one of those 2. Since you mentioned adding a tachometer, I am guessing your gauge cluster does not have one right? Then if you don't have a tachometer, those gauges that I showed you will not fit, and neither will the billet trim ring. However, StylinTrucks does have a guage face for blazers that only came with a speedometer.

Who are you asking? Me or S10Blazer? If you were asking me, then I would say if the pic is without a tach, then the gauges are without a tach. And as for the dimmer switch, I wouldn't see why you couldn't just wire it into the dimmer switch by the headlight switch.

Here is the link to the page for my gauges. click here

You would probably have to splice the wires, find out which one is for the color change, and wire it into a switch below the dimmer switch. I just installed the switch under the dash out of sight. I really don't change the color at all, so I just put it there because I didn't want to mess around by cutting wires and stuff. I found this. It is for a 95 with the tach from procarparts.com off of yahoo shopping which is how I found mine.
