how would i go about sanding/painting this a black color?

 

Well I posted about this before... but mine is a 98... I plan to basically lift it up with some jack stands in the rear... sand down all the rust and such.... clean it... let it dry... and then blast it with some rustoleum and then flat black paint....

Repeat with jacks in the front... i believe that is how to do it... lol
