Where can I find or have someone make a top like this for an 87 S10 blazer?

 

In my opinion, your best bet would be to go to the local marina and ask them who they recommend for custom boat canvas and if possible, get two or three recommended vendors for price comparisons (not always possible depending on your area). Very similar design requirements apply in both applications.
