[ol]Open the rear side door window.

Start the at butt joint and pull the weatherstrip from the window opening

what about the stripping around the door itself...it's not on the door...it's the black strip around the door....just pull up and re stick new ones?

Same idea.
[ol]Remove the door opening weatherstrip from the door opening.
Gently pull the weatherstrip from the pinch weld flange.
[ol]Install the door opening weatherstrip to the door opening.
Position the pre-formed corner of the weatherstrip in the upper rear corner of the door opening.
Push the weatherstrip onto the pinch weld flange.
Start at the pre-formed corner and work around the entire edge of the door opening.[/ol][/ol]

I know I asked this before, but I can't find the post. If I replace the weatherseal around the window, would that eliminate that annoying chirping noise while I'm driving. It only does it in cold weather though which is weird.

davtak, are the seals hard? I would try applying a silicone rubber grease to try to soften and revitalize the rubber before replacing the seal.
There are also silicone sprays to keep the rubber soft.
