As it turned out my original block was trashed. So I finished porting the heads and intake. I ordered a mpfi and swapped the heads and intake on the block in the blazer. I still have the stock cam and everything for now. I got it tuned, it runs a whole lot better than it ever did. It will pull a stock 5.3 with ease.
