So I was taking a look at both PCM4Less and PCMtuning.net. Both only says up to 2000 for their PCM tunes on the 4.3 Vortec. Any well known places out there tuning 2000+ vortecs?

There was a PCM change in this time frame. Give PCMforLess a call. Their tech support has been great in the past.

I have been looking into a CAI too. But I find them on Ebay for 50,-
96-05 BLAZER HOMBRE BRAVADA 4.3 COLD AIR INTAKE +K&N B

and for 300,-?
K&N COLD AIR INTAKE 96-05 CHEVY BLAZER 4.3 V6 57-3017-2

what is the big difference?

For me sound is more important then performance. My car has enough muscle for me already.
