Hey guys I'm new to the 4.3l I just bought a 2003 blazer 4x4. I'm not overly familiar with the engine. I'm more of an ls1 guy so i need some help. If I install cai, headers and exhaust does the computer need to be tuned like my trans am. And does anyone have any good combo suggestions along with a good cam. I'm just trying for a little bump in power and performance.
