Default Loose Hose. Please Help! 95 Blazer.

I have a 1995 Blazer. Snowed all day and went to kick ice off underside of back of Blazer. Ice chunk hung up on something. When I looked it was caught up on a hose. Hose is now disconnected. This is located on the drivers side behind rear wheel underneath the vehicle. Almost exactly where beneath the where the gas fill is. Hose is about 1 inch wide. What did I disconnect? Car seems to run fine. Drivers side, behind rear wheel, and now dangling. What is it and what do I do? Im sorry, not a car smart guy. All help is appreciated!
