Do some online searching many on here have used a few places with great results!! I don't remember the company right now but for like an $50 they will program an ecm and send it to you so you don't have any downtime with yours out waiting for shipping and things.

 

Could you possibly get the name of that company?

The only problem there would be that they don't know what's going on in your truck. Its kinda like a basemap tune to just get you to someone who can tune and reflash properly

Exactly, without having it on a dyno all you gonna get is a base tune. Even shipping back and forth without something to measure its a base tune. Just like people that "port" heads and have no clue what a flow bench is. Just because you change something doesn't mean it is gonna make a gain. You can just as easily hurt horsepower as help but since there isn't proof they can claim anything.

Poking and hoping only gets so far. Some people are happy with close and some are lucky to get it close without too much trouble.
