what can i do to add horsepower to 4.3 blazer xtreme?
i know the cold air intake, headers, and programmer but what else could i do. and what kind of exhaust should i put on it and can i cut the cat off or is there a replacement high flow cat??

first off this is the wrong section, put it in the performance and brainstorming section. But yes there are high flow cats available, search magnaflow high flow cat, they offer one. And for and exhaust i recommend magnaflow becuase they are made of stainless steel (doesn't rust or corrode as easliy as flowmasters).

*Moved to Performance & Brainstorming* - Please choose the appropriate section based on the descriptions given on the front page. If you notice a thread is in the wrong section, please use the 'report post' () feature to notify the staff of the error and we will move it. Thanks!
About the question, have a read around this section. Based on what you already have done, there really isn't much else that is cheap/easy to do. If you just used a handheld preset tuner, you can probably gain some more by having your PCM custom tuned by PCMforless, wait4meperformance, etc.
