What are a few ways that i can increase my horsepower to my 99' blazer 4 door LS... i have already got an dual exaust kit on it i just need to know some more information about the engine and what i can do with it... i have never really worked on cars besidesan oil change, spark plugs or some over heating problems but other than that i am really looking into getting in to the blazer inside and out... any suggestions???

Well the biggest restriction on the 4.3l is the exaust manifolds so I would definatly upgrade those then get a cold intake. With that setup you will have a lot larger flow of air which means more horse power.
