Very nice fellas! I will admit, my collection is rather dismal at the moment...only having a Mossberg 500 12 ga and a 1927 AH Fox Sterlingworth 12 ga SxS at the moment. To be completely honest, I'm not sure what I would like to get next. A rifle is out of the question mainly because of where I live, I don't shoot the .22s that we have due to the distance the rounds travel. Maybe a semi auto 12 ga but who knows. All depends on what comes up for the right price lol just like how I got my Sterlingworth

Next work on your concealed carry - Colt Commander, Ruger SP101, and a Sig P238 in your sock

The frightening part is you read my mind. Although I have to wait til next January to start on that one, that is when I turn 21 lol. I was sort of thinking along the lines of a S&W Model 29 .44 Mag or similar to start. Always wanted one of those

I've been shooting since 1976 or so, have trained with and carried a .45 (1911 baby!) since 1994, and I still don't like the .44Magnum. I guess I'm a bit of a wimp.
Bro-in-law is several inches shorter than me and a good 50lbs lighter (not to mention being a lawyer), and he shoots the things all day long.

I feel shame

Nice gun rack and good wood working skills! I really like the use of the dowel rod across the front to hold the firearms in like that.

But what are the six pins on the right side on the bottom for?

I haven't had a chance to shoot anything that big, .45 or .44 Mag yet, but the .44 Mag is what I would like...and being almost 300 lbs with big paws and (what I consider) some pretty good arm muscles compared to some, I would love to give it a go!

I wondered when someone would ask about the six dowel rods lol they are for any extra barrel or even a scope that is already on rings. I have an extra rifled barrel for the shotgun as well as a scope and plan on putting the barrel there for sure, I kinda forgot to get it for the picture lol but don't know if I will do that for the scope or put it down below
