a body lift doesnt deal with the shocks it just moves the body from the frame upwards, they tbar crank you can use higher/bigger shocks, i haven't yet, but i know i need bigger ones (Im doing a sas in the spring so if anything happens to my ifs, big deal) and if you cant get any higher with the tbars, then i would suggest maybe getting the kit from rough country, or just getting the diff drop/control arms, and tbars they have since you have the rear lifted already
