Default 04 making clunking noise on turns.

Hi all! I need some help convincing hubby there is something wrong with my 04 Blazer. Whenever I make tight turns there is a clunk, clunk, clunk noise. You can hear it in the cab and it is very loud outside. What hints can you give me as to a possible cause for this? I haven't a clue about cars so any help would be great. Thanks

CV joint failure possibly. A failing CV joint typically starts off as more of a click, but if left go, it can turn into a clunk.
