1994 Fullsize Hub problems

I put my truck in 4x4 hi or low tcase goes in (shaft turns) but the axles are not locking in. Whats the problem????

1994 Fullsize blazer with 350

IIRC there is an electric servo motor ( front axle actuator)on the front axle.
I belive these were a common failure. If I get a chance I will try to search for a diagnosis.

Sorry, but I've been pretty busy the last few days and expect to be for a few more.
