Likely if you swap in heavier torsion bars and put the torsion bar adjustment screws back into the exact same spot as your lighter bars it will lift the front of the vehicle. You just have to adjust the screws to the appropriate depth to have the front of the vehicle at the appropriate height. I would also recommend that you get your allignment checked afterwards. If you set the ride height to the same as with your older torsion bars you may not need to have the allignment adjusted, but I'd recommend getting it checked no matter what when you're changing the suspension and front end geometry.
