Question 2000 Blazer turn signal cruise control arm replacement wiring

After searching through a lot of threads, I have been unable to find one that answers my question.
Several months ago I began replacing the turn signal cruise control arm and wiring. I got the old part removed, and then broke my wrist.
I am just now putting in the new arm and wiring bundle, and I cannot find where to plug in the green cruise control connector with a green and a black wire. I did plug in the the black connector with the clip that also has a green and a black wire.
The nuts for the bowl-shaped panel under the steering column will not budge, so I am having to do this by reaching around and feeling for a plug-type opening. So far, nothing. Can anyone give me a picture, or maybe point me to its location in relationship to the black cruise control connector?
Thank you.
