Make sure you post up and let us know for sure, but like I said that is probably it......why didn't you check those tires before? That's the first thing I said......lol. at least it wasn't a $600.00 switch though.

yea exactly. it was $15 so no big deal. It's so common I may have prevented a near future problem. who knows.
I know thats what you said and I thought of that when the problem was happening but I was dead sure all of my tires were the same size. I would have bet my life on it. Oh well. I'll definately post up when I swap it out.

Ok I did it. I put on 4 almost new BFG All Terrains of the right size 235/75R15 and low and behold the problem is gone. When I switch back into 2hi from 4hi I can't even feel it disenguage at all. Thanks again for the help.
